If you're serious about this industry, you have to have this book. No smoke and mirrors here. This book is my number one best read. There are other great books which I would love to share with you. But, for now, this book has opened my eyes to my current company.

Chapter 2
Network Marketing For Baby Boomers.
I love this chapter, it hits home with many of my friends and what I observe while in public and meeting people daily in my real estate companies.
Boomers are facing boredom and financial uncertainty, unproductive idle time and unanticipated capital depletion. Its scary for millions whow were born between 1947 and 1964. Everything out there provide temporay solutions to permanent problems.
This group is at an age of wisdom and capacity to be remarkably productive by working smarter rather than harder. Mark explains in this chapter that most people over the age 55 are Ferraris looking for cans of gas.
Most retirement age people have run out of options.
Chapter 3
The Most Important Decision In Network Marketing, Choosing the Right Company. AND THE RIGHT TEAM WITHIN the company.

1. ( link video covers ) Check out the owners and others running the
business. What are the companies they have participated in previously. Are they qualified? Don't jump to conclusions, you'll find negative things on every business. Its no different than any other business, don't let
negative sound bites destract from the company's ability to grow.
You'll know the truth by the results. Isagenix meets the test.
2. How many millionairs is the company producing. Here's a clue! Isagenix has been around for over 10 years. Kathy Cover ( link ) goal is to produce more 6 and 7 figure income earners than any other company. How many field leaders are there in the company or MASTER DISTRIBUTORS are there in the company. Isagenix has a ton of 6-7 figure income earners and they're not moving from this company. This is another clue with Isagenix. Isagenix is not loaded with risk, its been around for over 10 years. Newer companies do have hi risk, Isagenix was once one of them and many founding fathers made it big. But, I'm seeing a second wave in Isagenix.Wealthy people are still being created. Isagenix won't be going away and many more 6-7 income earners will be made. Isagenix has a strong foundation. The momentum is not dying. Its a solid company and has maintain great growth. I could have signed up with anyone in this company. But, I went through due diligence finding a Master Distributor. After years of studing Master Distributor personality types and their own momentum, I came to the decision to find someone who was starting their second business center. Our down line and others in our group are seeing the crazy growth. My sponsor is AMAZING and she has the mind set and skill sets of being the top leader in Isagenix, I have the confidence she will. So blessed to be tied to her and seeing the effects she has in our group.
Every year at NYKO Isagenix reviews the growth of for the past year and goals for the following year. If you're a veteran in this industry you're right, the more mature company that has already grown probably will not offer the same level of wealth potential, but we're seeing it in Isagenix. If you look at our 6-12 month trends we're still in momentum. So, two years ago my goal was to find were the growth within the company was at. It was a no-brainer, I had to be with my MASTER DISTRIBUTOR. So, I felt it was key to see where the growth was coming from, from within the company of Isagenix.
3. The support system. Yes The company's support is amazing, but how's the support of your team? Like I said, my sponsor is actually more than amazing and her upline, master distributor who signed her up is outstanding when it comes to support. When you sign up with our team you'll get the support you'd never thought was even available. Shocking support! Strong team calls, out of the world training with "Everyone Starts Here" and so much more.
4. Most companies have compensation incentives to attract you with front end loaded incentives. Isagenix is balanced in its approach to all of this. The international compensation plan is very flexible for its growth. Again Isagenix has a proven track record. I've done the research.
5. Who makes the products? Some of the products have been brokered in from other doctors who have developed products. That's ok, as long as its certified by a real doctor and not someone pretending to be one with a disclosure stating so. Isagenix is focused on quality. The low ground companies cut corners and are more concrned about price than quality.
We have have outstanding products with proprietary blends, patented technology.
6. What's Isagenix long term outlook. Its very strong because of our propriety blends. If its not proprietary, you'll find it later in Wal-Mart or some other box store. Special note to page 33 of the book shown above.
